We also note down your preferences like preferred city, budget, department, and treatment type, and based on your preferences, we gather a list of matching doctors and preferred healthcare facilities and provide it to you, so that you can make a wise decision on your healthcare needs. The following are our services:

(a) Providing the best second medical opinion based on your medical reports using our vast range of doctors from our network hospitals
(b) Helping with VISA/travel-related problems and making the overall travel process easier.
(c) Providing telemedicine consultation using our vast range of doctors from our network hospitals.
(d) Assisting and providing ground support for hotel/guest house stay, forex exchange, bill settlements, etc.

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) contain the general terms and conditions rules for the use of all services offered by Health Plus Inde. Health Plus Inde is regulated under the Companies Act of 2013 passed in the Parliament of India.

3. Usage

a) condition of usage

Use of the Health Plus Inde services is only permitted for all persons. The use of the Health Plus Inde services requires the registration of the User by creating a user account (hereinafter “Account”) on the platform.

b) Registration

  1. Only one registration is permitted per user.
  2. In order to set up an account, you can fill up the electronic form by answering a few questions on healthplusinde.com. , you need to provide an email address, phone number, etc.
  3. In order to activate the account, you need to click on the activation link sent to your email and set your password. Once done, you can login to your Account using the login page.

4. Health Plus Inde Services

a) Providing the best medical second opinion:

We process your personal and preferences data and encrypt personal information, which we then pass to our network hospitals to get the best medical opinion for you. Once we receive the medical opinion, we process the data and add your personal information to it.

We provide patients/users with the best medical opinion via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. The user is finally presented with a list of medical options, ranging from different budgets and locations.

Once you confirm your healthcare facility and agree to avail our service, then we pass your personal details to our network hospitals for further processing of medical needs. After you complete the process, we ask for your valuable feedback, which we use to improve our service

b) Providing travel-related assistance:

Once you confirm your hospital for your treatment, we request you to provide us with your travel documents like passport, existing visa, refugee documents, etc., to process your VISA. These details, we provide it to our network hospital to get a medical letter of intent for your medical VISA appointment.

All the travel-related data is processed on our side to provide you with better ground assistance on your arrival. These data are cleaned up regularly from time to time once the operational support is over.

We also note down all your data related to your travel needs, such as forex currency, hotel stay, and cab services, in order to help you obtain a better customer experience.

c) Telemedicine consultations

Health Plus Inde helps you in making big medical decisions by getting you in touch with the most experienced doctors from our network hospitals. The online consultation would be facilitated using third-party applications like WhatsApp, Zoom, and Skype. etc, based on the preferred choice of both the patient and doctor.

The online consultation can be chargeable from the doctor or can be free of charge, depending on the consulting doctor.

5. Fees/Charges

Health Plus Inde changes for services like second opinions and online consultations for the patients. The fees include consultation costs from the doctor and hospital, which may vary for patients depending on their origin country

For services like hotel stay, forex exchange, flight booking, etc we connect you to our partner networks which provide you service at a reasonable rate.

6. Refunds

Health Plus Inde offers full refunds to the patients before availing the services either from its doctors or partner hospitals. Health Plus Inde does not offer any refund to the patient once the services are availed by the patient.

For a refund from the partner services. We assist the patients in getting a refund from them.

6. Privacy

Health Plus Inde allows you to register and provide us with all the documents like prescription, medical reports, scan reports, etc. So that we would start looking for the best healthcare facilities within your budget. We also note down your preferences like preferred city, budget, department, treatment type, and based on your preferences, we gather a list of preferred healthcare facilities and provide it to you, so that you can make a wise decision on your healthcare needs.

Additionally, we provide you with ground support for all your travel-related queries, forex exchange, bill settlements, telemedicine, and many more.

What do we offer you?

Health Plus Inde allows you to create a personal patient profile and helps you to find the best and affordable health care and all other services free of cost using healthplusinde.com.

Patients/user can access their data through the profile page and modify their details whenever they want. They can also delete their details in the account section of the profile page. Once the details are deleted, we won’t possess any patient data.

In addition to finding the best healthcare option for you, we provide you with regular notifications on updates about your healthcare plans through email and WhatsApp, which you can unsubscribe from if you don’t need further updates.

Our user data is not sold or used for any service other than what we offer. Once you register, we just pass our data to our network hospital partners to provide us with the best medical opinion based on doctors’ consultations.
